Application & Agreement
This form is an application and an agreement to appoint an individual as a self-employed and independent Buyer of Buyersson. This form, read with the “Buyersson Compansation Plan”, shall together be construed (upon its acceptance) and the Buyer and Buyersson shall be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Eligibility
Each applicant should be at least 18 years of age at the time of application to become a Buyersson Buyer. In case of residence in Maharashtra, I confirm that I am 21 years of age and/or above.
Principal to Principal
The Contract between the Buyer and Buyersson is on a principal-to-principal basis. The signing of this Form/Application by a Buyer & its acceptance does not bind the Buyer as an employee or agent of the Company.
Marketing Rules
Buyers are not permitted, under any circumstances, to advertise, market or deal in any manner with any product and/or services which are not approved by Buyersson within its network. The Buyer shall not make any claim that is not consistent with the claims authorized by Buyersson.
Orientation & Confidentiality
The Buyer shall attend the mandatory orientation (face-to-face / online session) conducted by
Buyersson regarding provision of fair and accurate information on all aspects of the business
operation, compensation plan and expected earnings. The date of such orientation session will be
available on the company’s official website.
The Buyer shall take appropriate steps to ensure protection of all confidential information provided
by customers and the company
Family Registration
Husband and wife desirous of becoming Buyers have to be sponsored under a single Buyer ID. If the spouse is already registered as a Buyer, the other must join as a part of the same business ID.
Violations & Permissions
A Buyer who does not adhere to these rules may be suspended, pending inquiry, or terminated from the
Buyersson Buyer position.
A Buyer is permitted to sell products/services on an e-commerce
platform/marketplace only after obtaining prior written consent from Buyersson.
The Buyer ID is non-transferable.
Grievance Redressal
In case of any grievance or complaint received by the Buyer, the same must be immediately informed to Buyersson through the official grievance redressal mechanism available on the company’s website or customer care
